Shipping (Digital Delivery) Policy

At VOIMAGES PRODUCTION, all products are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical merchandise. Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital content (such as images, footage, Lightroom presets, or other downloadable files) through a secure download link.

Digital Delivery Process

• Order Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing instructions on how to access your download.

• Instant Access: In most cases, digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process.

• No Physical Shipment: Since we only offer digital products, no physical items will be shipped and no shipping costs will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

At VOIMAGES PRODUCTION, we strive to provide high-quality digital products that meet your needs and expectations. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a purchase has been completed and the product delivered, it is generally not possible to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Products:

• Immediate Access: Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

• Pre-Purchase Evaluation: We encourage customers to review product descriptions, preview files, and system requirements before making a purchase decision.

Exceptions:

• Defective or Corrupted Files: If you experience issues such as a corrupted file or a technical defect, please contact us at voimages.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and provide a replacement download if necessary.
